Project Integration teaches computer programming to refugees in the Geneva area. These courses will crucially provide them with highly demanded hard skills that will not only allow them to improve their employability in almost every sector but will also provide them with the agency to pursue projects independently.
The association was co-founded by Priya Burci and Vincent Baumgartner in October 2016 and our first coding class was launched in November 2016. Over the past year we have grown significantly and now have a talented team of 13 volunteers, two programming classes running and 20 students in total!
With the tech sector growing at an incredible rate and IT skills becoming important in every job sector, there is an increasing need for talented individuals. Through our work we hope to empower our students by helping them join the tech sector, start a new life and become productive and happy members of society!
